Story behind Heapost
Everyone deserves peace of mind, postal wise!
Founded in 2023 by a former Belgo-Italian backpacker who personally experienced the stress and negative consequences of missing important mail while living a nomadic lifestyle, Heapost was born from a simple but essential realization: mail must follow us!
Privacy & Confidentiality
At Heapost, aware of the large volume of paper we process daily, it was essential for us to find solutions that are both environmentally friendly and beneficial to our community.
With the confidentiality and protection of our customers’ data as our top priority, we found a way to combine sustainability with service: transforming customers’ documents and data into litter and compost.
Once documents are scanned and securely stored on the platform, they are destroyed in two ways (long & strip cutting) ensuring complete confidentiality.
The shredded paper is then repurposed and provided to pet stores as litter or used in the production of compost for community gardens.
